WARNING: THIS BOOK MIGHT MAKE YOU WANT TO BE A SAILOR.

Three Ways to Capsize a Boat: An Optimist Afloat - Chris Stewart

Short, sweet, funny, but also warm & inspiring, this book is about the author's experience as a first-time sailor. It chronicles the sailing journey of both pleasant & not so pleasant (I'm being modest here; to know the actual level of the unpleasantness, you have to read it for yourself) from Greece to the 'lands of ice & greeneries'. However, the most important is - I WILL BE A SAILOR SOMEDAY,PERIOD (I've warned you..).

What a NIGHT!!!

Acquainted with the Night - Christopher Dewdney

I'll never feel, know, think, & experience nights the same way ever again!! Since this book is about night, I only read it at nights to add the extra 'feeling' when reading it, though I did not read the chapters of the book exactly as the time of the night (hour-by-hour) mentioned in the book.

Moreover, I would also like to experience what the author has experienced especially the part about sunsets. He went to certain places to see & experience sunsets which were so amazing according to his description.

He covers a wide range of topics about night in the books, anything from nocturnal animals to astronomy. I love it also on the facts that the author slips quotes about nights by famous writer or artists before each topic, subtopic & amid the contents of them.

Overall, I recommended this book very much to anyone who has experienced nights (& who hasn't??!!) ;D
